Frequently Asked Questions
📦What does pre-order mean?+
Great question! Each Camo Paws hoodie is a made-to-order product, meaning yours is crafted specifically for you once you place your order. This ensures top-notch quality on every single hoodie. Estimated delivery is 4 to 6 weeks from the date of purchase. We appreciate your patience and promise it's worth the wait!
🐶What size dogs fit in the carrier pouch?+
The carrier pouch comfortably holds dogs up to 15 lbs. Perfect for chihuahuas, Yorkies, Pomeranians, maltipoos, dachshunds, and other small breeds.
📏How does the sizing run?+
Oversized, relaxed fit. Order your normal size. The extra room gives your dog space in the pouch. Sizes XS through 3XL.
💧Is it machine washable?+
Yes. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Holds up through regular washing without losing shape or softness.
❄Is it warm enough for cold weather?+
Absolutely. 340 GSM heavyweight fleece keeps you warm in cold conditions. The carrier pouch traps body heat between you and your dog.
✅Is it safe for my dog?+
Yes. Breathable mesh lining for airflow, reinforced stitching supports your dog's weight, and a secure opening keeps them safely inside.
💰What's your return policy?+
30-day money-back guarantee. If you or your dog aren't happy, reach out and we'll make it right.
🌲Can I wear this without a dog?+
Of course. It's a premium heavyweight camo hoodie with a kangaroo pocket when the carrier pouch is folded flat. Looks great on its own.
